Converting Your License and First-Time Drivers- not provided
At Roth Eye Clinic, we do not offer vision tests for first-time drivers, or someone converting an overseas license to an Israeli license. This service is offered at one of the official photography stations. It is mandatory to be photographed in order to complete the tofes yarok.
When converting your foreign license to an Israeli license, or when getting an Israeli driver’s license for the first time, you must have your eyes checked by a specially licensed optometrist before you may begin your driving lessons or take the written theory test.
You can find out more information about converting your foreign license to an Israeli license on the Nefesh B’Nefesh website.
